I write about food, I review restaurants, and I cook both for fun and (occasional) profit.  I also live a pretty healthy lifestyle and am extremely athletic, so much of my food opinions sway towards clean flavors, fresh produce, and often dishes that offer maximum flavor for minimal guilt.

That's my life, and I wouldn't change it, except to do everything even more!
